Art Deco figurines have become popular because of their incredible sense of aesthetics. Many people are turning to these sculptures to decorate their homes or offices.
Art Deco or Style Moderne is an architectural or decorative arts movement popular in the 1920s and the 1930s. It came as a result of an international art exhibition held in France in 1925. Here, the items exhibited reflected the art décor style, which had already taken root in Brussels and Paris before World War I.
In the 1920s, people across the world had begun using assembly lines to produce most items. Soon, the consumerist spirit swept across the globe from Western Europe to the United States. People started buying radios, movies, and vehicles as utilities and leisurely items. Art Deco, a decorative style that transcended furniture making, architecture, arts & craft, and so on, soon reflected the same spirit.
